Nash is Pier39 AI's AI sales agent for online stores. It watches for hesitation on a product page, in the cart, or at payment, then opens a conversation. It asks what is holding them back and responds with whatever the merchant has configured: a discount, free shipping, a bundle, or clear information. Because the response depends on a stated objection, merchants stop discounting shoppers who would have bought anyway. Nash merchants have seen an 11 percent lift in cart conversion, and sessions where shoppers engaged with Nash had 19 percent higher average order value.

The post-purchase platform places advertiser-funded offers on the order confirmation page. Shoppers who take one earn store credit with that merchant, which brings them back. Merchants earn revenue on each order at no cost, and control which offers appear. It runs on 1,500+ stores with 150+ advertisers.
