As the CEO of 1800DTC, I'm focused on building one of the strongest communities in commerce. Through content, events, and shared knowledge, the goal is to connect the best operators, brands, and technology shaping the future of DTC. My background is rooted in the Shopify ecosystem. I've worked across leading platforms and agencies including Route, Stay AI, and Toki, and most recently led growth and partnerships at Lunar Solar Group. Along the way, I've spent years working closely with brands, operators, SaaS partners, and agencies across the commerce landscape. Across every role, the throughline has remained the same: commerce, content, and community. I'm based in Utah. When I'm not working, you'll likely find me skiing, biking around town, or training for my next competition.

1800DTC // The 2026 Fashion DTC Playbook

The team at 1800DTC dove into the fashion and apparel industry this month to see what brands in 2026 are doing to win. Navigating through a post iOS acquisition world has been something that has had larger impacts on some than others. We broke down the channels that are moving the needle and how to make sure your brand is on the right track this year.

From paid acquisition, video commerce, A/B testing and more, brands this year that are doing the right things have seen drops to their CAC, increases to ROAS, and overall upticks to their conversion rates.

Our team has laid out some of the best practices, actionable items, and stats that you probably didn’t realize were an issue until now to help those looking to grow their business. While this is targeted towards our friends in the fashion and apparel space, there’s a lot of good takeaways for everyone.
