Safeopt

SafeOpt is an email retargeting network by AddShoppers. Merchants install a script, and when a shopper in SafeOpt's opted-in network browses without purchasing, the merchant can send them an offer email even without capturing the address directly. It runs on a cost-per-acquisition model.
